Summary
Performs intermediate skilled administrative support work receiving and processing work orders from Property Management site staff, and assisting with other general clerical tasks, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the supervision of the Property Manager.
Essential Functions
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience in an office setting. A combination of education and experience may be considered.

To perform this job successfully, the employee must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds; work regularly requires sitting, speaking or hearing and using hands to finger, handle or feel and frequently requires standing, walking, reaching with hands and arms, lifting and repetitive motions; work has standard vision requirements; vocal communication is required for expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word and conveying detailed or important instructions to others accurately, loudly or quickly; hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken word levels and to receive detailed information through oral communications and/or to make fine distinctions in sound; work requires preparing and analyzing written or computer data, visual inspection involving small defects and/or small parts, operating machines, operating motor vehicles or equipment and observing general surroundings and activities
Technical Skills
To perform this job successfully, the employee must have strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products at a basic level (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Must have the ability to learn other computer software programs as required by assigned tasks. Must also possess the ability to effectively operate all office equipment including but limited to copiers, scanners, fax machines and telephones.
