Summary: GRANT FUNDED - Supervises health start home visitation staff and manages all healthy start programs to ensure adherence to the healthy start model, policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards of healthy program. Coordinates patient care services and oversees scheduling and implementation of the home visitation program.Grant funded positions at Broward Health are often temporary or project-based, as they depend on the duration of the grant funding. Once the grant period ends or the allocated funds are exhausted, the position may be terminated unless additional funding is secured.
