Dunbar Community Counseling Services is Hiring a Medical Records Clerk Near Philadelphia, PA
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Management of all Medical Records, including Archive Management. Maintenance of Storage Unit Spreadsheet.
- Check time conflicts (double billing).
- Complete Disability and Medical Requests in 24-48 hours and add to spreadsheet.
- Pull charts for therapists and evaluators for the following day.
- Create, maintain and manage charts.
- File all paperwork with 98% filing accuracy.
- Manage archived and D/C charts. Create and maintain D/C spreadsheet.
- Run insurance eligibility for IBHS every Tuesday, Thursday, 1st and 15th of each month.
- Complete Chart Audits for Outpatient and IBHS.
- Scan finalized discharges, add to archives and add to spreadsheet.
- Consents for all clients.
- Back up to the Front Desk Receptionist.
- Check time conflicts weekly and send report(double billing).
- Back up to Front Desk-Receptionist as needed.
