Dumont Law, LLC is Hiring a Remote Paralegal

Seeking a full time paralegal to assist principal attorney in various practice areas including but not limited to: family, probate, criminal, and landlord/tenant cases. Candidates must have experience as a paralegal, be highly organized, able to successfully manage multiple priorities, possess excellent grammar and typing skills, strong attention to detail and strong ability to maintain paper files and files in the cloud and our master calendar.

Responsibilities include preparation and drafts of legal documents, research, agreements and pleadings related to litigation and non-litigation matters, client management, e-fiiling, office management, and administrative tasks including answering phones, scheduling, copying, filing, opening and closing files.

Prior experience as a paralegal is required.

Spanish speaking preferred, though not required.

Certification in paralegal studies or equivalent experience highly valued.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
