Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, full-time Receptionist for our Hartford and Bridgeport locations. The ideal candidate has a track record of success managing a multi-line phone system in a mid-sized company. Candidates possess exceptional communication skills, can provide administrative support, and have excellent customer service skills. Tasks include sorting and distributing mail, managing in-coming calls and inquiries, supplies management, maintaining office standards for welcoming guests, support with office events, working in coordinating with building maintenance, parking and additional support staff.
