Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Handle cash transactions using POS system
- Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

- Previous experience in bartending or related roles
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and beverage service techniques
- Familiarity with cash register and basic math skills for handling payments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Must be at least 21 years old due to serving alcohol regulations
