MISSION POINT RESORT is Hiring a Fine Dining Server Near Mackinac Island, MI
Position SummaryAs a Fine Dining Restaurant Server, you will fill a key role with an industry-recognized leader in hospitality services. This individual will follow established service processes to provide exceptional service to Mission Point Resort guests in our food & beverage outlets and banquet events.
Required Skills And Experience
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience in restaurant service is helpful
- Working knowledge of F&B POS Systems
- Working knowledge of Restaurant Service processes and procedures
- 2 years experience and familiarity with fine dining etiquette service standards
- Familiarity with both Prix Fixe and Ala Carte service styles preferred
- Ability to live and work on Mackinac Island seasonally
If you are looking for employment after your season with Mission Point Resort ends – we have relationships with a variety of Winter Season resorts and clubs which allows our summer staff to work winters at various locations throughout the US (Colorado, Florida, Vermont, Utah, New Mexico and more).
