Dudley Land Company is searching for a Project Coordinator, in the Rockies.The Project Coordinator assists the Prospect Manager (PM) and/or Associate Prospect Manager (APM) by coordinating field contractors and ensuring the development and maintenance of work products to guarantee quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), and timely delivery within budget guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 years of Field Experience, including but not limited to Title, Leasing, and Management of other Contractors/Crew Chief.
- 1 year of BD experience; Identifies and pursues potential clients/opportunities and attends industry events.
- Registered Landman required.
- Experience operating land programs, as well as other standard computer software.
- Cultivates and maintains positive relationships with clients, employees, contractors, and potential clients, demonstrating a customer service orientation.
- Capable of high productivity in a deadline-driven environment with requirement for extreme accuracy.
- Problem-solution orientation; good analytical skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
