The impact you will have in this role:

DTCC Digital Assets’ is a market-leading innovator in the development of institutional-grade, compliance-aware tokenization, account management, and decentralized finance technology based on blockchain. As we look to accelerate the evolution of our business, we are expanding our business development team to support further growth and client management. 

 Your Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and managing a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  • Manage relationship with a subset of existing clients to support revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Develop targeted outreach campaigns—identify key companies and prospects; key individuals and teams within each organization; and establish relationships with these prospects.
  • Responsible for the development and delivery of complex proposals in collaboration with business partners.
  • Partner with marketing and business in the creation of sales collateral.
  • Collaborate with global sales and relationship management team to support client engagement.
  • Mitigates risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • Strong understanding in blockchain and digital asset ecosystem
  • Strong sales/business growth track record 
  • Exceptional leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across different functions
  • Vision, creativity, presence, and credibility. A collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentality
  • Strong relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver both verbal and written communication that articulates complex concepts to varied audiences
  • Ability to influence others through strong communication skills
  • Detail Oriented and organized
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with CRM tooling

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
