The Community Outreach Specialists at DSO Management Group understand that staying connected is a must, and their goal is to ensure that our customers have access to family, schools, doctors, and employers when needed. Responsibilities of the Community Outreach Specialist:

  • Develop and execute outreach programs to educate customers about the TruConnect program and provide personalized service recommendations
  • Assess customers for enrollment eligibility based on given criteria or requirements
  • Collect, analyze, and report data related to community needs, customer enrollments, and program effectiveness
  • Offer unmatched customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns related to enrollment
  • Work alongside the Community Outreach Specialist team to create, review, and maintain enrollment documents
  • Promote our clients’ positive image in the community through effective communication and branding
  • Attend workshops held primarily for our Community Outreach Specialists to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our client's services and goals
 

Qualities of the Community Outreach Specialist:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a sales, community outreach, or customer-facing role is ideal
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients, consumers, and team members in a professional manner
  • Proven ability to create meaningful relationships while interacting with customers
  • Passionate about making a difference both personally and professionally
  • Brings positive energy into the workplace and enjoys motivating others
  • MUST be excited to connect with community members and build brand recognition for our clients!
