The Y7 experience combines vinyasa yoga, music, heat and darkness, connecting you deeper to your mind and body. All studios are heated to 75-85 degrees using state-of-the-art infrared technology, which helps create a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation and increases flexibility. This is a music-driven practice where you will flow to tracks from varied genres. Classes are held in a dark, candlelit room with no mirrors to encourage you to turn your focus inward and explore your individual practice.

Y7 Studio is excited to announce an opportunity for a Marketing and Community Outreach Contractor to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in promoting our new West Hollywood location, fostering community engagement, and driving studio traffic through innovative marketing and partnership strategies.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement outreach initiatives to connect with local influencers. Encourage them to experience our classes and to host exclusive sessions with their followers- Distribute complimentary class passes ("Flow Cards") to neighboring businesses, fostering goodwill and community ties- Engage with local corporations, introducing team wellness opportunities through group yoga classes at our studio- Establish reciprocal relationships with nearby fitness studios, allowing for class access exchanges for instructors and operational staff- Collaborate with local wellness businesses to co-host events, amplifying brand presence and community engagement- Conceptualize, plan, and execute dynamic in-studio events aimed at increasing studio visitation and enhancing customer experience

Ideal Candidate- A proactive individual with a flair for creative marketing and community engagement- Strong networking skills, with an ability to build relationships with diverse groups- Knowledge of the local West Hollywood area, its businesses, and its community- Experience in event planning and execution- Passion for wellness, fitness, and the Y7 Studio ethos

Contract Details- This is a contract position focused on the promotion of our West Hollywood studio- Flexibility in hours, with a blend of on-site and remote work as needed
