As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will interact with customers over various communication channels, providing product information, resolving queries, and addressing complaints. The ideal candidate is a people-oriented professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries and issues
  • Provide accurate product information and assistance to customers
  • Respond to customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner
