Mission of the Role:The Property Manager will fully own the financial and operational performance of a 126-unit, Tax Credit property, located in Aurora, CO. Ownership will encompass managing daily operations while setting and attaining weekly targets, monthly objectives, and quarterly goals in a way that promotes growth in asset value, owner and tenant satisfaction.Success in this role will require energetic production, attention to detail, knowledge of Tax Credit compliance and recertification processes, thoughtful decision-making, proven competency in performing to a budget, leading and developing team members, and highly developed communication. 

Outcomes We’ll Expect:

  • Adhere to Fair Housing and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit guidelines for leasing and occupancy.
  • Achieve and maintain market rent property at 95% or higher economic occupancy within 6 months.
  • Work within property budget guidelines, producing monthly variance reports and stay within 5% of budget projections for the year.
  • Achieve and maintain optimal owner satisfaction- ensure timely and pro-active communications and weekly/ monthly reporting.

You should have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent education is required. College or property/real estate management training or a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Bilingual language skills in Spanish are a plus.
  • Three years of experience in Property Management or Leasing is required.
  • One year of experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit is preferred.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office required.
  • A valid driver's license and a good driving record are preferred.
