Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support across the organization, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a crucial role in office management, compliance, project accounting, contract management, and accounts payable processes.This is a paid, part-time role. (20-30 hours weekly) We are looking for an individual with a strong attention to detail that is able to follow through on tasks and meet deadlines to assist the Administration Department.
Responsibilities
Duties include handling receptionist duties, filing and scanning tasks, processing payrolls, preparing financial projections, managing contract documents, and assisting in accounts payable tasks.
Skills
Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills. Should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize them effectively. Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and Zoom.
Attributes
Personable, professional, resourceful, organized, adaptable and considerate.
Experience
The Administrative Assistant has 2 years of experience in administrative support. Often has a high school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree or higher preferred.
