We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager, someone who is a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position dedicated to supporting our installation teams, operational staff, and, most importantly, our valued customers.
Ensure your team is working as a well-oiled machine, reviewing their daily tasks and taking pride in work performed. Verify accuracy and completeness of work performed on project job sites.

Responsibilities
- Primary role responsibilities include leading a team of 6-8 and managing all operational aspects of remodeling operations, post-sale to completed installation (20-30 projects per week).
- Work independently in a traveling field role in support of the Window division.
- Meet with client to review the contract and job scope with the client. Discuss suggestions or modifications that may better serve the client
- Managing all operational aspects from post-sale to completed installation.
- Measuring, ordering, and scheduling materials.Ensuring clear and proactive customer communication.
- Ensuring an exceptional customer experience and job profitability in every installation.
- Promptly addressing and resolving daily installation challenges.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Conducting team training sessions for performance improvement.
- Managing comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications
- 3 years experience as a project coordinator, assistant project manager, superintendent
- Window & Door Installation Background
- Ability to visualize a new design from old
- Experience with measuring projects in construction or design
- Ability to create hand drawn layouts of projects with accurate measurements
- Must be able to read hand-drawn layouts and blueprints
- Light carpentry, trim work, staining, painting, caulking. snap and lock flooring repairs.
- Accurate measurement and documentation skills
