We are seeking a Graphic Designer who will work closely with our Marketing, E-commerce, Production, Design and Sales team. This position will design and execute compelling digital and print assets including, but not limited to packaging design, catalogs, look books, event collateral, social media graphics, web banners, store signage and presentations. Must be a strong, conceptual thinker with a solid background in print and web design.

Examples of Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, strategic, on-brand and beautifully executed work
• Support the Marketing department on a wide variety of projects
• Create look books, catalogs, packaging and custom graphics
• Maintain digital asset libraries (internal, client, and vendor facing)
• Work closely with developers, photographers, visual artists and copywriters to produce enticing designs.
• Staying abreast of current design trends and best practices
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Successfully manage time, work flow and schedule in order to adhere to strict and sometimes unexpected deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ensures project deadlines and brand standards are consistently met

Qualifications

• 4-year Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred or a successful three year track record working in-house or freelance Be able to take creative directions and execute accordingly
• Self-Driven.
• Must be proactive with a solid work ethic
• Ability to evaluate, prioritize and communicate conflicting creative priorities
• Able to problem solve and find creative solutions under narrow parameters or strict budget restraints
• Detail Oriented from copy and edits to kerning and leading, the details matter
• A Team Player
• Ability to multi task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with team members and interdepartmentally are key
• 2-5 years working within a design firm or other creative team environment
• Experience in fashion, editorial or e-commerce design
• Solid retouching, color correcting and production skills required
• Must be experienced with fashion touch up work
• Graphic designer must be able to see a project through from initial concept to completion.
• Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products to sustain workflow management and collaboration
• Photography experience a plus

Compensation: Commensurate with experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
