- Oversight of client cash application and accounts receivable, including ownership of associated collections processes
- Prepare balance sheet accounts reconciliations to ensure account balances are accurate and complete
- Processing biweekly payroll in ADP for 80 employees including reconciling payroll accounts and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner
- Preparing month-end journal entries for all related processes
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in public or corporate accounting function
- Strong understanding of US GAAP
- Experience with an ERP (NetSuite preferred)
- Proficient using Microsoft Office programs including Excel
- Ability to effectively communicate in a remote environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to take responsibility for delivering quality work in a timely manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail oriented with emphasis on accuracy
- $50,000 – $60,000
