Performs an array of general accounting services including reporting and analysis.
Manage vendor listings & full charge of corporate accounts payables, & accounts payable for referral related doctor expenses.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Reconcile doctor payment inquiries and seek solutions through advice from Operations team and resolve by communicating the resolution with doctors.
Provide financial information by answering account procedure questions, researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
Summarize current financial status by assisting with analysis of general ledger accounts, compiling and submitting financial statements.
Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs.
Requirements
2 year finance/accounting degree with 3 years experience in a similar role.
Accounting skills, MAC proficiency, NetSuite experience, corporate finance, analyzing, high level math skills.
Attention to detail, time management, deadline-oriented, objectivity, results driven. Ability to deal with confidential information.
Present exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines. The ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines. Computer literacy and typing skills are essential.
