Dr. Elgrichi and Associates is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Los Angeles, CA

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and administrative support in a dental office setting. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dental practice. Duties: - Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere - Schedule and confirm appointments using eClinicalWorks or similar software - Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details - Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations - Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns - Assist with billing and insurance claims processing - Coordinate referrals to specialists or other medical offices as needed - Manage inventory of office supplies and order new supplies when necessary - Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area Requirements: - Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting is preferred - Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus - Proficiency in using dental office software such as Eaglesoft or similar systems - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with medical administrative support duties We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position with regular office hours. Join our team and contribute to providing exceptional dental care to our patients. Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
