Great fit for someone who is social with a bright personality who has strong communication skills, is reliable ,prompt, detail oriented and able to interact professionally with patients and team.
Duties include but not limited to:
  • Answering phones (ability to handle more than one line)
  • Multitasking 
  • Preparing charts
  • Verifying insurance HMO, PPO
  • Scheduling and patient flow management
  • Taking payments (cash, checks, credit/debit cards)
  • Recall/Letters and help maintain office
  • Must Speak Spanish
