About us

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring efficient administrative processes. This is a key role that requires strong accounting and financial skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of accounts payable, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and issuing payments

- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data

- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

- Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate financial records

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary financial information for reporting purposes

- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and monitor expenses throughout the year

- Provide support for payroll processing, including verifying timesheets and calculating employee wages

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

- Coordinate office events and meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and documentation

- Handle general office administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence

Requirements:

- Accounting or related field preferred

- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with knowledge of debits, credits, account reconciliation, and financial report writing

- Proficiency in using accounting software

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues effectively

- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Knowledge of budgeting and financial planning processes

- Familiarity with technical accounting principles is a plus
