In recent years, Double Good has seen 40% year-over-year growth, and we’re excited about our future! We’re excited about the possibility of you joining our mission. We are looking for a Curriculum Developer to join our growing Customer Operations team. 

Location - hybrid out of our Willis Tower Office. 

About the role:

  • This is a Curriculum Developer role that creates curriculum that delivers learning objectives. 
  • You will support the Customer Support Operations team by developing and delivering training content to increase customer service agents’ and leaders' success. 
  • Manage the learning management system and knowledge base by identifying gaps and developing resources that fill those gaps. 
  • Design, develop, and maintain exceptional content for different learning experiences
  • Collaborate with multi-functional SMEs to build, develop, and improve our role-based training content
  • Ensure learning and performance objectives are appropriate for the audience and that the training materials meet these objectives
  • Work with stakeholders to perform skill gap assessments and build training content to address those gaps
  • Deliver training using different learning experiences, eLearning and virtual instructor-led courses.
  • Deliver content to a global audience, both in the classroom and virtually
  • Adheres to and assists in updating team processes and procedures to ensure the team is consistent in quality standards and processes

Nice to have and/or you’ll learn: 

  • A degree in instructional design or curriculum development (preferred)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • One year of curriculum development experience
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Lessonly
  • Ability to create compelling training content, including written materials, presentation content, hands-on exercises, and knowledge assessments
  • In-depth understanding of adult learning theory
  • Support the creation of training videos and multimedia tools
