Responsibilities- Analyzes, plans, implements, and evaluates clinical information systems that impact the nursing department and users.
- Works with the physicians and other clinical specialties in the design, training, and implementation phases of projects.
- Ensures that appropriate procedures and processes are developed for sustaining the application of new systems and projects.
- Collaborates with Trinity Hospitals, ITAT committee and the UnityPoint Health System Committees to create and maintain a shared vision and active network of clinical relationships.
Education:
- RN licensure - IA and IL
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in an acute inpatient facility with clinical expertise
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and curriculum development.
- Experience in managing several projects and instructional tool development with associate deadlines.
