Family Practice and Naturopathic Physician is looking to hire a organized and hardworking person with strong communication skills to help run and grow our integrative practice in Mesa AZ. This practice will become the premier integrative practice in the Mesa/Phoenix area with the help from our exceptional staff. This position will require the following experience:

Medical Assistant must possess basic skills including obtaining patient history, vital signs and have an ability to use computers and electronic health record software (Kareo/Tebra EMR is a plus), Phlebotomy skills. Must be friendly, compassionate, and willing to work closely with the physician to create an efficient workflow.

Front Desk Coordinator/Patient Liaison position requires proficiency with MS Word, check-in, and check-out procedures, answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays, data entry and checking insurance eligibility. Must be able to multi-task and smile.

• Experience: Minimum of a High School Diploma and 2 - 3 years of medical office experience or combination of education and experience.
• Must demonstrate consistent professional conduct and meticulous attention to detail.
• Critical thinking skills and a positive attitude are essential.
• Ability to learn new things and willing to be cross trained in all office duties
• Pay: $18 - 22 per hour
