POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is currently looking for a full-time Service Technician to fill a remote position based in North Carolina. Our Service Technicians specialize in installing door hardware and access control systems, ensuring the safety and security of vital structures. The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations in service and fostering strong relationships with those they serve.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $20.00-$30.00 (Pay rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Install dormakaba hardware & access control systems in commercial buildings
• Provide excellent customer service through professional presentation and communication
• Communicate with Sales and Service management about customer concerns and sales opportunities

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• Mechanical or electrical knowledge
• Valid current driver’s license
• Basic skills with computers
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Extensive travel
