```Duties``` - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Scan and bag items for customers - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their purchases - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Process returns and exchanges according to company policies - Promote sales and upsell products or services when appropriate - Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner ```Requirements``` - Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures - Strong time management skills to ensure efficient checkout process - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively - Ability to multitask and handle multiple transactions simultaneously - Proficiency in using a cash register and other point-of-sale systems - Basic knowledge of electronics, jewelry, or technical products is a plus - Fluent in multiple languages is an advantage for better customer communication Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
