The Assistant Project Manager's role is to supervise and manage the field construction of projects, including organizing, planning, and scheduling, to complete work on time, within budget, and to the quality specified.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with Project Ownership including:
• Project startup and site logistics
• Document Control
• Plan analysis, assessments and understanding
• Process Submittals/RFI
• Project meeting preparation
• Subcontractor coordinator
• Material tracking log
• Update the master schedule
• Process PCIs, review/approval
• Manage designated project relationships
• Run designated project meetings
• Process SCOs,PCOs, SCs, Pos, PCCOs, etc.
• Lead project close out

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in a relevant field and/or experience
• Baseline Understanding of industry software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Show Leadership in Safety
