The Dominion Construction Partner Project Superintendent - Medical Facility Construction role is to supervise and manage the field construction of projects, including organizing, planning, and scheduling, to complete work on time, within budget, and to the quality specified.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex medical projects such as renovations, patient room renovations, medical equipment installation and replacement.
• Coordinate site logistics for complex projects
• Act as a strong team leader, effectively communicating with the entire field team.
• Conduct daily foreman "stand-up" meetings to ensure subcontractor roadblocks are removed & productivity goals are met.
• Schedule internal and external resources to meet project goals
• Read and understand project specifications, blueprints, and building plans
• Develop detailed project schedules
• Primary responsibility for subcontractor productivity and meeting project milestones.
• Establish and maintain client and subcontractor relationships
• Maintain superintendent's reports, time sheets, and associated paperwork
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure a safe workplace
• Keep detailed records of deliveries, accidents, delays, and correspondence
• Review job sites for cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations
• Follow established safety rules and maintain a clean work environment
• Ensure quality control to minimize rework
• Exemplify DCP core values and core focus

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Medical Facility Construction as a General Contractor or Superintendent
• Previous experience setting up and maintaining all ICRA related controls
• Experience coordinating the installation of medical equipment such as CT, MRI, etc
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures
• Utilize computer skills for email, MS Office Suite, and Procore
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Foster a positive "Can Do" attitude and navigate difficult situations with strong issue-resolution skills.

Compensation:

• Starting salary at $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
