The Dominion Construction Partners Lead Project Superintendent role is to supervise and manage the field commercial construction of projects, including organizing, planning, and scheduling, to complete work on time, within budget, and to the quality specified. Qualified candidates must have previous Commercial Construction experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large complex projects in the 10 million to 30 million dollar range Including adaptive reuse, urban infill development, and high end multi family projects.
• Act as a strong team leader, effectively communicating with the entire field team.
• Run subcontractor meetings and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Schedule internal and external resources to meet project goals
• Read and understand project specifications, blueprints, and building plans
• Maintain superintendent's reports, time sheets, and associated paperwork
• Keep detailed records of deliveries, accidents, delays, and correspondence
• Review job sites for cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations
• Follow established safety rules and maintain a clean work environment
• Exemplify DCP core values and core focus

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years experience as a Commercial Construction Project Superintendent
• Demonstrated experience with adaptive reuse, urban infill development, and high-end multi-family projects.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures
• Utilize computer skills for email, MS Office Suite, and CM Software
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Foster a positive "Can Do" attitude and navigate difficult situations with strong issue-resolution skills.

Compensation:

• Starting salary at $100,000 - $120,000/year, DOE
