We are looking for team members who are equally passionate about what we do and excited about joining the Dolls Kill crew.Responsibilities: · Coach and motivate your team to inspire top performance and customer experiences while embodying the brand values · Understand KPIs and execute plans to drive them to maximize profitability· Ownership of the store's operational excellency, from receiving shipment and a clean back of house to the sales floor and ensuring visual directives and standards are maintained· Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, store leadership and HQ business partners· Make sure the store is staffed with an amazing crew by attracting, assessing and onboarding your teammates Qualifications: · At least 3 years of retail management experience· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities and teams· Are scrappy and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omnichannel retail environment· Have an entrepreneurial sense of urgency · Strong mathematical skills, including problem analysis and decision making· Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays
