Job Description
Job Overview:
The Vice President, Manager of Talent Acquisition sets Dollar Bank's recruiting strategy and oversees the programs, policies, and procedures for attraction of organizational talent. Leads the Talent Acquisition team and manages the processes to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates through effective recruiting sources. Evaluates and communicates key metrics to recommend appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Works collaboratively within the Human Resources team and with other key leaders across to develop comprehensive, innovative recruiting plans and ensure Dollar Bank's Mission, Vision, and Values are linked to all facets of the candidate experience.
Qualifications:
•Five (5) years relevant talent acquisition experience in an in-house setting.
•Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required.
•Three (3) years of supervisory experience.
•Experience with data management and analysis.
•Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point and other Microsoft products.
•Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
•Experience establishing and executing on department goals and strategies.
•Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and staff.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive human resources data.
Principle Activities and Duties:
•Manage all aspects of the enterprise-wide recruiting life cycle including candidate sourcing, interview processes, and new hire onboarding.
•Lead the Talent Acquisition team, establish department and individual goals and objectives, and provide direction, accountability, and coaching to the team members on execution of the recruiting plans.
•Develops and evaluates sourcing strategies with various candidate channels such as online advertising, college/university relationships, employee referrals, community partnerships, and passive candidate generation.
•Establishes and supports diversity and inclusion activities to increase qualified candidate pool and build more diverse teams.
•Directly leads recruiting efforts for key executive and business critical roles.
•Ensures consistency and compliance to Dollar Bank policies and processes related to recruiting; creates new policies and processes as required.
•Collaborates with the Total Rewards team on offer details to ensure competitiveness and that offers are well-positioned to attract top talent.
•Manages third-party recruitment engagements and partners with agencies as needed on specialty searches. Also responsible for overseeing the engagement process for contingent worker needs.
•Responsible for legal and regulatory compliance of the talent acquisition process and works collaboratively with key partners to ensure standards are met and appropriate records related to the recruiting process are maintained.
•Responsible for oversight and management of Talent Acquisition budget planning.
•Leads early career and intern programs to build talent pipeline.
