Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Investor Relations Coordinator to play a key role in managing relationships with investors and supporting communication efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in finance, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for investor inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and presentations.
• Assist in the preparation of investor communications and materials.
• Maintain investor databases and ensure accuracy of investor records.
• Monitor investor feedback and provide insights to internal teams.
• Develop and execute investor relations strategies to effectively communicate the company's performance and investment thesis.
• Build relationships with investors to enhance the company's reputation in the financial community.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
• Proficient in marketing tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office.

Experience & Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in investor relations, client services, or a related role.
