We are seeking candidates for Part-time or Full-time Trimming Production Worker roles on 1st and 2nd shifts. Compensation is $19.

- Remove foreign material and non-standard products from processing equipment as assigned
- Trim defects from the raw products as assigned
- Inspect raw and or processed products to ensure quality
- Perform sanitation duties such as using a pressure washer, scrub brush, and scrapping during periods of downtime, clean-up times, line breaks, and as assigned by the Supervisor
- Work in temperature and humidity extremes
What you need to be a Trimming Production Worker :
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers
- Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisors and peers
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally and push / pull forces up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Climb stairs and or ladders either to perform job duties or to access work areas a distance of up to 60 feet occasionally
- Ability to reach overhead and a distance of arm’s length, bend, stoop, kneel, and walk a half-mile frequently with or without reasonable accommodation
