Doctor's Data, Inc. has a full time position opening as a Customer Service Representative on our day shift (9:00 -5:30) M-F. This individual will communicate with customers to assist as needed in a positive and professional manner. In addition, the Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison between our customers and other departments in our laboratory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and/or Experience:
Requires 1) a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year experience in providing customer service or experience in a laboratory or medical environment; or 2) an associate’s degree and 6 months experience in providing customer service or experience in a laboratory or medical environment; or 3) a bachelor’s degree in a communication, business or medical program.
Training schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM approximately 30 days
Work Schedule after training has completed: Monday- Friday 9:00 AM- 5:30 PM
