We are looking a candidate for a client in the manufacturer of consumer goods industry. The company, based in Miami, FL; and well known for its products, especially for its extended line of wellness and nutrition, vitamins, body care, and cosmetics products, is looking for an Account Receivable Specialist to join their team. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented person with 5 years of experience in a wholesale/manufacturing company and an accounting degree, we want to hear from you.

Job Summary:

As an Account Receivable you will be responsible for will be responsible for all billing and collection operations..
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collect and process payment from customers and accurately record it into the system
• Answer phone calls
• Manage a weekly collection process: calls and emails
• Research, track and resolve any accounts receivable issues
• Protect organizations values by keeping information confidential
• Review and enter new customer information

• Previous 5 years of experience in wholesale/manufacturing company.
• Mut have ean accounting degree.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and coworkers.
• Must enjoy working with a team and having a sense of urgency.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience with administrative and clerical work: proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong customer service and communications skills.
• Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish is mandatory.
