We provide opportunities to work across our national network. dnata catering U.S. is looking for a Executive Sous Chef to join our Boston team supporting the Logan. Key Responsibilities: Maintain an on-going proactive relationship with assigned accounts and maintaining a dialog with assigned representatives.

You Will

* Keep immediate supervisor fully informed of all problems or matters requiring his/her attention.

* Monitor quality of all food product and presentation.

* Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the kitchen and food production areas.

* Ensure compliance with SOPs in all areas.

* Conduct staff performance reviews in accordance with dnata standards.

* Know and enforce all local health department sanitation laws.

* Knowledge of accounting and cost control principles.

* Design and implement employee cafeteria rotating menu and oversee cafeteria operations.

* Assist in the direction and training of all cooks to ensure adequate operation in all outlets.

* Review and approve weekly payroll.

* Oversee daily activities such as preparation for all food items, sanitation of the outlets, receiving daily inventories.

* Perform other duties as requested by management.

* Other duties as assigned.

The salary range for this position is $80- 95K annual with weekly pay, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.

You Have

* High school diploma, culinary degree 7 - 10 years of management or leadership experience in a kitchen.

* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Sous Chef.

* Strong knowledge of HACCP and sanitation standards.

* Proficient with computers including database / spreadsheet programs and document programs.

Intellectual/Social demands:

While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is continuously asked to multi-task under time limits. Position requires constant attention to precise details and accuracy of specified standards including following simple to complex (more than 3 steps) instructions, and concentration which frequently extends beyond 30 minutes at a time. This position also requires constant attendance and punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time. Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan. Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity; Works quickly.

Physical demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 30 pounds. Safety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Use equipment and materials properly.
