Duties & ResponsibilitiesData Management
- Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from various sources.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular quality checks and validation processes.
- Develop and implement data management protocols and practices.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Prepare reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive actionable insights from data.
- Document data management processes, procedures, and protocols.
- Generate regular reports for various projects and key metrics
- Assist in preparing presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with other team members to support data-related initiatives and projects
- Provide training and support to other staff on data management tools and processes.
- Serve as a resource for data-related inquiries and requests
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in data management, analysis, or related field.

- Proficiency in data extraction and analysis using tools such as Excel or SQL.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large datasets

- Experience with database management systems (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) is a plus.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA) is desirable
