The Proposal Manager will be part of a growing business development and marketing team, working closely with company leadership, project managers, and other departments to win new work in the Seattle and Portland markets. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, writing, deadline management, and multi-tasking skills. In addition, they must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of initiative, creativity, attention to detail, and professionalism. Knowledge of the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, community engagement consulting, and the Pacific Northwest region is preferred.
