Distinguished, national insurance defense litigation firm is looking for experienced FLORIDA BODILY INJURY DEFENSE Litigation Attorneys (Plaintiff's attorneys will be considered) to join their TAMPA team.

THIS IS A HYBRID WORK-FROM-HOME ROLE - WE ALLOW WORKING FROM HOME 3 DAYS PER WEEK (2 days "in office" required).

Should have substantial experience with FLORIDA Bodily Injury Defense or Plaintiff's Personal Injury cases, namely Motor Vehicle Accidents, Premises Liability and other General Liability issues.

***IDEAL Candidates have 3 years experience in FL Bodily Injury Defense Litigation with Trial Prep experience***

DUTIES: reviewing and analyzing new files from assignment by the adjuster, drafting pleadings, motions, issuing written discovery, answering discovery, review and analysis of medical records/bills to identify damages, deposition prep, depositions, arguing motions, attending court hearings, mediations, trials client phone calls,and regularly preparing comprehensive status reports to the clients. Should have experience with expert witness depositions and preparing for same. Should also have trial experience or at least "trial prep" experience.
