I am a solo practitioner with a rapidly growing, successful Commercial / Business Litigation Law Firm in JUPITER, FL. I have been an attorney in Florida for 20 years and spent most of my career working for "big law" at some of the nation's top law firms. In 2020, I went out on my own to open my own Commercial Litigation Firm and it's been a tremendous success. I have 1 experienced Legal Assistant but am now in need of 1 experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join our team. I'm looking for a real "rock star" with both the experience, but also the positive attitude and personality that comes with the territory when working in a boutique office. (This is an IN OFFICE position, however, for the "perfect candidate," I would consider some limited hybrid work from home AFTER day 90).

We're an enterprising commercial litigation firm focusing a wide variety of complex commercial litigation, including construction litigation, real estate litigation, business/commercial litigation, business / contract disputes, civil litigation, and real estate litigation.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 3 years litigation experience in commercial litigation in Florida
• Someone with longevity on their resume - we do NOT like "job-hoppers"
• Self-driven, autonomous, positive-minded person who brings great energy to the office
• Detail-oriented and highly organized (You must have excellent spelling, grammar, accuracy, and attention to detail).
• You embrace technology and have strong practical experience with cloud-based platforms for case management as well as with common office applications (Word, Outlook email and calendar, Adobe, etc.)
• We expect you to be able to hit monthly billable requirements and get your work done in a timely manner, while unsupervised from home. If you cannot work efficiently from home, you should not apply to this position!
