Job Description
Very reputable, distinguished 40-attorney Miami-based Commercial Litigation law firm specializing in a variety of commercial litigation, seeks associate attorney with 2 years of experience in Commercial / Banking Litigation in the State of Florida. (We allow 100% REMOTE IF YOU LIVE IN SOUTH FLORIDA!)
MUST be admitted to practice AND live in FLORIDA.
Ideal Candidate has 2 years COMMERCIAL Litigation Experience in Florida. Preference will be given to those candidates with any Banking, Foreclosure and/or Commercial Litigation experience. We defend some major banks in various litigation actions, including fraud and contract cases.
PRACTICE AREAS: Commercial Litigation; Business Disputes; Banking & Finance; Litigation; Bankruptcy & Creditors Rights; Corporate Transactions; Labor & Employment; and Ponzi Scheme Litigation. Candidates should have experience in 1 or more of these practice areas!
The successful candidate will have outstanding negotiation and communication skills, with sharp attention to detail, and will work well as part of a collaborative team. Required skills include excellent writing, research, and communication skills, as well as interpersonal and self-management skills. You must also be analytical, creative, persistent, and flexible.
