Job Description:

We are seeking an Spanish/ English Associate Attorney to become a part of our dynamic team! This role is ideal for a hardworking, ambitious individual with a keen interest in personal growth and learning. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to develop your legal skills in a supportive environment, working alongside experienced senior staff.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior staff with their cases, ensuring high-quality legal support and client satisfaction.

• Maintain and organize client files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.

• Engage in legal research, drafting, and preparation of legal documents as needed.

• Handle Examination Under Oath (EUO) proceedings, settlement demands, and settlement statements, with training provided for the right candidate.

• Provide effective communication and updates to attorneys and paralegals.

• Contribute to a collaborative team environment, showing initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Qualifications:

• Must have an Active Florida Bar License.

• 1-2 years of experience as a practicing attorney.

• Experience in Plaintiff's Personal Injury is beneficial, but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

• Ability to perform legal research, handle EUO's, settlement demands, and settlement statements. Prior experience in these areas is a plus, but training is available.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
