 Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Sales Representative to sell our restoration contractor services to property management companies. The Sales Representative will be responsible for establishing relationships with property management companies, identifying prospects, and promoting our services to generate leads and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with experience selling construction, facilities management, or janitorial services to commercial clients, a focus on customer satisfaction, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business with property management companies to promote our restoration contractor services
- Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge to develop accounts and close deals
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships with key decision-makers
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and pre-proposal walk-throughs
- Obtain decision-maker contact info and keep an organized CRM
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Write proposals, complete RFPs, and contracts
- Communicate effectively with internal management and operations teams
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and regulations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of outside business to business sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of the property management and construction field a plus
- Experience selling construction, facilities management, or janitorial services to commercial clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to travel as needed
