DEPARTMENT:

Human Resources

REPORTS TO:

Human Resources Director

BASIC FUNCTION:

You will be responsible for specific HR functions such as recruitment, benefits administration, HR compliance and regulation and policy and procedure development.

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of recruiting processes and procedures and an understanding of Human Resources regulatory standards, as well as an eagerness to learn. In this position, you will be responsible for specific HR functions. You will work alongside the Human Resources Director and Human Resources Assistant.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Specialize in recruitment and workforce planning
  • Ability to help develop, implement, and improve all HR initiatives
  • Compliance with all policies and legal requirements

  • Assist in development of policies and procedures
  • Maintain current knowledge of HR regulations

Qualifications & Skills

  • You preferably have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • You preferably have 1-2 years of Human Resources experience; recruiting preferred
  • You are highly organized, analytical, and have a keen attention to detail
  • You are skilled in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • You handle sensitive and confidential financial information with integrity and discretion
