Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of commercial clients.
• Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Lead and manage internal team to deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet client requirements.
• Manage the renewal process, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide expert advice on risk management and insurance coverage.
• Stay abreast of industry changes and communicate relevant updates to clients.

Qualifications:

• Active and current P&C License.
• Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in commercial insurance and client relationship management handling mid to large size accounts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial lines coverages insurance products and industry market trends.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
