As Nathaniel Smith & Patrick Chairs continue to aggressively expand their practices, they are also adding to their team a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) who specializes in client service and supporting the financial planners as he/she focuses on strengthening and managing client relationships. A CRM ensures the continuation of an effective, efficient, and organized practice.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Onboarding:

  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and online access is completed accurately and efficiently.

2. Ownership of Service Model:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our service model, including our offerings, processes, and procedures.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and improve service delivery.

3. Collection of Assets:

  • Actively engage with clients to gather information on their financial assets, liabilities, and investment preferences.
  • Facilitate the transfer of assets and accounts as needed, ensuring a smooth transition process for clients.
  • Monitor asset transfers and account openings to ensure timely completion and accuracy.

4. Calendar/Relationship Management:

  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients, building strong rapport and trust through regular communication and personalized interactions.
  • Scheduling periodic reviews with clients to assess their financial situation, review progress towards goals, and identify any changes or adjustments needed.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and service issues promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction

Qualifications

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy

· Ability to proactively identify what needs to be accomplished and take action as appropriate

· Organization and time management skills

· High degree of flexibility to deal with a variety of situations and ability to multi-task

· Demonstrates a high level of initiative

· Ability to embrace change, work independently within a team, and maintain confidentiality

· Financial services/administrative support experience preferred
