ResponsibilitiesAs the Vice President of Sales, you will:
  • Strengthen Internal and External Partnerships: Forge robust relationships with internal teams and external business partners to assess performance, create impactful sales solutions, and support the needs of the Area Sales Directors and sales teams. This role involves significant time in the field, directly engaging with partners and stakeholders.
  • Drive Sales and Market Expansion: Utilize resources effectively to enhance business growth and achieve sales targets. Remain actively involved in expanding our market presence through strategic initiatives and community engagement.
  • Lead and Support Team Activities: Lead and mentor the sales team, leading by example in high-level sales engagements and company initiatives. This includes coordinating sales appointments, facilitating marketing efforts, and participating in strategic calls.
  • Develop Team and Monitor Performance: Oversee the training, leadership, and management of direct reports, ensuring the success and continuous skill advancement of the team.
  • Analyze Sales Trends and CRM Data: Regularly assess sales strategies and CRM outputs to align with market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure Effective Communication and Service Delivery: Communicate effectively with both internal and external parties to align services and care with patient needs and organizational goals, ensuring optimal placement and timing of care delivery.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years of Sales Leadership experience in long-term care
  • Proven track record of leading successful admissions and sales teams, with a focus on market expansion and business partner development.
