Anew Era TMS, part of the DiscoveryMD professional psychiatric division, prides itself with its close culture and clinical excellence, while focusing on helping patients sustain their mental health wellness goals and bringing a new sense of hope to those who are suffering.

This is a full time, in person position working Monday - Friday from 8:40 am - 5:00 pm. This position is based out of our Torrance, CA Outpatient facility. The employee will be expected to travel to all LA County and Orange County locations as needed. 

Compensation range is from $66,560 - $68,000 and is dependent upon geographic region, education, and experience.

Job Description

• Oversee medical billing and insurance claims
• Manage onboarding for the administrative department
• Hire and train new Administration and coordinate Provider training
• Mentor, advise, and evaluate work for the staff
• Conduct annual performance reviews
• Run daily reports for each office and assure copays are collected correctly.
• Ensure the practice and staff adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage providers scheduling.
• Oversee daily activities and office efficiency.
• Process payroll for Administration team and Providers.
• Coordinate meetings and reports for the Corporate Meeting, Billing meeting, Therapist Quarterly Meeting, and Nurse Practitioner Quarterly Meeting.
• Assist in writing complicated patient letters for providers.
•  Respond to all patient reviews through the Reputation Management platform.
• Managing office staff, inventory, and facility maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a management position.
• Psychiatric office experience preferred
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience
• Prior experience with medical office management and billing codes are required.
• Billing experience preferred
• TMS experience preferred
• Managed providers experience preferred
