Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage office tasks efficiently, and deliver exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Assist in managing office operations and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Support staff with administrative tasks and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Assist in transcribing documents and maintaining accurate records.
