About the team:

Our platform vision is to be the global platform that enables everyone to imagine, create and monetize financial services. The full breadth of our offering is unlocked for Financial Institutions, Merchants, eCommerce, FinTech’s and innovators - powered by platform capabilities built on the latest technologies and design systems. About the role:

The Program Manager will report directly to the Chief of Staff for the Product and Engineering Teams and will be responsible for owning and executing highly visible programs critical to the success of our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at managing complex projects, and possess exceptional leadership and communication skills.

What you will be doing:

• Program Ownership: Take ownership of key programs from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that support the overall objectives of the organization.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the program lifecycle.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues associated with programs, implementing proactive strategies to keep programs on track.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor program performance, providing timely updates to the Chief of Staff and other relevant stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing program outcomes and implementing lessons learned to enhance future program execution.
• Communication: Develop and deliver clear and concise program updates, reports, and presentations to the Chief of Staff and other leadership members.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of programs into the overall organizational strategy.

What you will need:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, management information systems or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

• 5 years of proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably within a tech environment with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex programs.
• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term goals.
• Experience using data and metrics to identify and drive improvements.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Curiosity and problem-solving skills.
• Ownership mentality, from discovery through delivery.
• Effective time management to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to respond to rapidly changing business needs while navigating through ambiguity and complexity.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $136,190.00 - $228,790.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
